sigprocmask and _sigprocmask threw std::invalid_argument for a how other
than SIG_BLOCK, SIG_UNBLOCK or SIG_SETMASK, which ends the title. FreeBSD
returns -1 with EINVAL and leaves the old mask uncopied, and ignores how
when set is null; pthread_sigmask here already returns EINVAL. The check
now comes first, before the previous mask is written.

C symbols in Mach-O carry a leading underscore, and its assembler has no
.type or .size directives. APS5_ASM_SYMBOL names a symbol the way the
assembler of the host expects it, APS5_ASM_FUNCTION_END closes a function
(.size on ELF, nothing elsewhere), and APS5_ASM_FUNCTION defines a global
function on macOS.
The fiber stack switch, the signal mask helpers, getcontext and their tests
use them instead of writing the ELF spelling. The assembly they produce on
Linux and Windows is the same as before.
XPSemu (PPSA97358) stops next at sigsetjmp (aRo9AhFUXcM) from libkernel,
per the body of #3323 "feat(libkernel): implement cpuset_setaffinity for
the calling thread or process": "XPSemu: with this PR, the next stop is
`sigsetjmp` (`aRo9AhFUXcM`)". RetroArch and PS5MC list it under libkernel
in the absent-import tables of #1578; aerolib names aRo9AhFUXcM sigsetjmp.
sigsetjmp is FreeBSD's amd64 sigsetjmp (lib/libc/amd64/gen/sigsetjmp.S,
release/11.4.0 8c639945), the counterpart of the merged siglongjmp (#2935)
and its sigjmp_buf layout (sys/x86/include/setjmp.h, _JBLEN 12): it stores
savemask at offset 88 and, when it is nonzero, saves the current mask at 72
through _sigprocmask(SIG_BLOCK, NULL, oset); then it records the return
address, rbx, rsp, rbp, r12-r15 and the x87 control word, and returns 0.
guest_signal_sets now jumps through the export instead of its copy of
FreeBSD's sigsetjmp, and checks that savemask 0 leaves the mask slot
untouched, a nonzero savemask records the current mask and its own value,
and the callee-saved registers come back after siglongjmp.

PokeMMO Prospero (PPSA98001) stops at siglongjmp (pebqbE5ws8s) from
libkernel. The title links its own FreeBSD sigsetjmp, so siglongjmp
follows FreeBSD's amd64 __siglongjmp and its sigjmp_buf layout: when the
save-mask flag at offset 88 is set it restores the mask saved at 72
through _sigprocmask, then reloads rbx, rsp, rbp, r12-r15 and the x87
control word and returns to the saved address with val, or 1 for 0.

Add sigemptyset, sigfillset, sigaddset, sigdelset and sigismember with
FreeBSD 11 semantics (lib/libc/gen/sigsetops.c): a 128-bit set of four
32-bit words, signal n at bit n - 1, signals 1 to 128 valid. sigfillset
sets every bit. An invalid signal returns -1 with errno EINVAL and leaves
the set untouched; sigismember returns 1 or 0. A null set throws.
