Adam Franke 675c93793c fix(libSceSystemService): refuse unknown sceSystemServiceParamGetInt parameters as a PS5 does 
Inside Gran Turismo 7 on a PS5 (firmware 13.40) parameters 7 (game parental level) and 1000 (enter button assignment) returned 0x80A10003 like every other unknown parameter; 1 to 5, 100 and 400 answered.

Get-fix fb380440d7 feat(libSceSystemService): select the console language with ANYPS5_LANGUAGE 
sceSystemServiceParamGetInt always reported English (United States) as
the console language, so a title that follows the console's language,
such as Jelly5 (PPSA99505) with its Arabic text, can only show English.
ANYPS5_LANGUAGE now selects a console language number from 0 to 30
(21 is Arabic). Unset or empty keeps English (United States); any other
value throws at the language query instead of being ignored.
