Crimson Desert (PPSA25286) calls scePadSetVibrationMode(handle, 5)
at start-up, and main rejects any mode above 3 with
SCE_PAD_ERROR_INVALID_ARG (0x80920001). The title then carries on
with the call failed.
The modes are not documented. SharpProspero names 1 (advanced) and 2
(compatible); mode 3 was accepted for PPSA21480. The call now also
accepts 5, which a shipped title passes, and keeps rejecting the values
no title has been seen to use (4, 6 and above). The mode is stored as
before and has no other effect.

PPSA03671 fails to load because no library exports NID zBsgF0q8DIM from
libScePad. The NID database has no name for it and no candidate pad name
hashes to it, so it is exported under its NID as
scePadUnknown_zBsgF0q8DIM, declared without parameters, and throws when
called. Adds an Unknown function info entry to the libScePad debt file.

Measured on a PS5 (firmware 13.60): before scePadInit the call returns
NOT_INITIALIZED (0x80920005); after it, a mode of 0 or below returns
INVALID_ARG before the handle is checked, and a bad handle with a
higher mode returns INVALID_HANDLE.

PPSA02530 (PRAGMATA) fails to load without these imports that no library exports. Their signatures are unknown, so they are declared without parameters and throw until they are implemented. Adds a TechnicalDebt entry.

PPSA07411 (Resident Evil 4) fails to load without these imports. Their signatures are unknown, so they are declared without parameters and throw until they are implemented. Adds a TechnicalDebt entry.

anyps5-input.ini accepts LeftStickDeadzone and RightStickDeadzone (whole
percent, 0 to 90), a radial deadzone on the controller sticks whose
remaining travel is rescaled to the full range, and MouseSensitivity
(above 0, at most 10), which replaces the fixed factor of 1 for mouse
look. The defaults keep the current mapping exactly.
scePadOpen returned the standard pad's handle for a special port
(type 2) as well, and scePadGetHandle found it there. Both ports then
read the one input queue, so a press queued between two frames could be
drained by the special port's read and never reach the standard port.
PPSA16827 (Harmony's Odyssey) opens both ports for the initial user and
reads both every frame, also polling controller information and device
class data for the special one.
Special ports now return DEVICE_NOT_CONNECTED (0x80920007) from
scePadOpen, as scePadOpenExt already does because the host has no
special controller, and scePadGetHandle has no handle for them.
TechnicalDebt's scePadOpenExt entry now covers both calls.
guest_pad opens a special port before and after the standard one and
expects DEVICE_NOT_CONNECTED, and DEVICE_NO_HANDLE from scePadGetHandle
for the special port while the standard handle stays valid. It fails on
main.
PPSA16827 over 130 s of its title screen: 6812 scePadRead, 3408
scePadGetControllerInformation and 3406 scePadDeviceClassParseData calls
before, two reads of the same queue per frame; 2702 reads, one
information call and no parse calls after.
Broken Sword Reforged (PPSA21480) calls scePadSetVibrationMode(handle, 3) after
scePadOpen and treats a failure as fatal (ps5_controls.cpp:19 "Sony call failed
with code 80920001"). Modes up to 3 are accepted, 4 and above stay invalid.

An SDL controller sets the L2/R2 bit whenever its trigger axis is above
zero, and BuildData then reported 255 for any set bit, so a partly
pressed trigger read as fully pressed. Report the analog value whenever
there is one; 255 remains for an injected press and for a bit without
an analog value.

Propagation: Paradise Hotel (PPSA15878) does not load on main: its
executable imports 15 PS VR2 functions that no library exports, the
first reported being sceVrTracker2GetPlayAreaOrientedBoundingBox
(snYs7Nf-RKk). Declare the nine libSceHmd2 reprojection and gaze
exports, three libSceVrTracker2 exports and three scePadVrController
trigger effect exports, without parameters, as throwing stubs. Names
come from the aerolib NID list.

Forwards _sceUltWaitingQueueResourcePoolCreate and _sceUltSemaphoreCreate to the existing calls, like the other underscore Ult exports. Declares sceNetShowIfconfig, sceNpWebApi2GetMemoryPoolStats, Json::Value::setNullAccessCallBack, kqueue, kevent and one pad call of unknown name without an implementation.

Add an optional input helper for test runs without desktop input injection. Preserve physical input and release injected buttons automatically.
Validation: guest_pad tests and Python helper CLI smoke checks passed. Written with AI assistance.
scePadSetVibrationMode rejected mode 2 (compatible, per SharpProspero's
ScePadVibrationMode). The PS5 SDL joystick driver requests it on every
open and closes the pad when it fails, so SDL titles lost their controller.

Keeping lastFuseTime at its maximum never let it recover from a process time that wrapped on the first call (fixed separately in #1501), so tilt correction stopped and guest_pad failed. Queued states keep their own timestamp; the orientation is fused once at the time of the read, as scePadReadState does.
Add scePadOpenExt for special ports, which return DEVICE_NOT_CONNECTED because the host has no special controller, and the extended read and report exports, which throw.
NID fCWdlnmB1Ks was exported as an unknown function that threw. The
name scePadIsRemoteController hashes to it. PPSA16064 (Minecraft
Dungeons II) calls it once per controller after
scePadGetControllerInformation, with the pad handle and the address of a
byte it has just zeroed, and ignores the result.
It reports whether the controller is connected through Remote Play.
Controllers here are local devices, so the answer is always false. An
invalid handle returns INVALID_HANDLE and a null output INVALID_ARG, as
the other pad calls do. Without it the title aborted at the main menu.
scePadSetAngularVelocityBiasCorrectionState, which the title imports but
does not call during start-up, is added as an unimplemented export.
guest_pad checks the handle and null-output errors and the result.
Every library CMakeLists.txt ended with the same block removing -static,
-static-libgcc and -static-libstdc++ from CMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS on MinGW,
because core/libs/CMakeLists.txt only removed them after adding the library
directories. Remove them before the libc and library directories are added
so each directory inherits the stripped flags, and drop the 52 copies.

scePadRead reported only the current state, so input that changed and
changed back between two reads was lost. Published states are now kept in
a queue of up to 64 and drained oldest first; with none queued the current
state is returned as before.

scePadVrControllerRead and scePadVrControllerGetDeviceInformation are
imported by titles that open PSVR2 Sense controller port types. No
library exported them, so eager binding failed at startup.
Declare them as throwing stubs: the VR controller port types are not
supported, and scePadOpen already rejects them.
PPSA14632 calls scePadReadState (eboot 0x4593a8) for the open pad and
then for a second pad slot it never opened, whose handle is 0. The
title skips only negative handles and ignores the result, but
scePadReadState threw for any handle other than the open one. It now
returns PAD_ERROR_INVALID_HANDLE (0x80920003), as the other pad
functions do and as shadPS4's scePadRead does for an unknown handle;
scePadRead passes it on.
