fix(libc): send perror through the guest stderr stream
...
After a guest dup2 onto descriptor 2, host stderr is a separate FILE, so
perror must use the guest stream like the other stdio writers.

Host logging opens its own FILE on the saved descriptor. The guest FILE stays on the replaced descriptor, so guest printf, puts and fprintf still reach the pipe.

The same guest dup2 that fills the stderr pipe also replaces descriptor 1, so host stdout was still writing into the guest pipe.

Guest dup2 onto 2 replaces the CRT descriptor fprintf(stderr) still uses, so host logs fill the 4 KiB guest pipe.
