AnyPS5 resolves a title's imports by NID, so a title that imports a system function no library provides fails to load with an unresolved import. The PS5 3.20 export inventory lists 193 such exports across 37 PS5 system libraries AnyPS5 implements but does not provide. Declare them as throwing stubs so those titles load and reach their next blocker. Each declaration calls NotImplemented_nid_no_patch and returns 0; none of them implements the function. Declarations with a credible prototype use it and cite the source with a pinned commit, and the rest are declared without parameters, which resolves the import without making an ABI claim. The technical-debt files record the limitation per library. libSceMbus and libSceSystemService are left out because pull request #7821 declares them. libSceAgc is left out because its exports are versioned, so the 3.20 NID names a different symbol from the one AnyPS5 ships. libSceAvPlayer.native is left out because it compiles libSceAvPlayer's Export.cpp. Names and NIDs come from the PS5 3.20 export inventory at https://github.com/DNNDHH/PS5-3.20_Libs/tree/b2a77c09cd71c01f34c790cfbe98c751a13262ad

Unknown function info
- sceContentBinderEnd, sceContentBinderGetNumOfDifference, sceContentBinderInitialize, sceContentBinderIsUpdated, sceContentBinderReset, sceContentBinderSearchDifference, sceContentBinderStart, sceContentBinderTerminate, sceContentSearchGetApplicationLastUpdateId, sceContentSearchGetMyApplicationIndex, sceContentSearchGetNumOfApplication and sceContentSearchSearchApplication (libSceContentSearch) - names and NIDs are present in the PS5 3.20 export inventory, but no credible prototypes were found in the cited sources. They are declared without parameters solely to resolve known imports and make no ABI claim.
Functional
- libSceContentSearch searches a content library that is empty on the host, as nothing is exported to it. The signatures follow AlexAltea/orbital and SharpProspero, which agree; the filter and sort layouts and enums, the limit of 92 rows,
0x809D100Afor a larger limit and0x809D1001beforesceContentSearchInitare SharpProspero's.sceContentSearchGetNumOfContent, sceContentSearchGetTotalContentSizeandsceContentSearchSearchContentreport 0 rows and 0 bytes without writing a content row, and the update id they andsceContentSearchGetContentLastUpdateIdreport is always 0; no reference gives the console's update id for a library that never changed. Filters and sort conditions are only checked against SharpProspero's enums, and a null output, a null array with a non-zero length, an empty column set, a null filter value or an unknown enum value throws, as the console's errors for them are unknown; a null column set with length 0 is taken as no filter.sceContentSearchOpenMetadataandsceContentSearchOpenMetadataByContentIdthrow, as no reference gives the error for a path or content id that is not in the library, so no metadata id is ever handed out andsceContentSearchCloseMetadata, sceContentSearchGetMetadataFieldInfoandsceContentSearchGetMetadataValuethrow. Every title is taken to hold the content-search permission (SharpProspero's0x809D1013is never returned). The order of the initialization, argument and limit checks is unverified
