Claude a28cfb7585 Merge upstream main into fix/kernel-error-codes ...

Resolve the conflict with boykopovar/AnyPS5#10 in Pthread/src/Mutex.cpp
by taking upstream: its rewrite already returns EDEADLK as 0x8002000B.
The equeue and direct memory error code fixes are unaffected.
