DotDebianandClaude Opus 5.5 9837c69f0d feat(agc): implement sceAgcDcbPrimeUtcl2 and its size query ...

The DCB variant threw "not implemented" while the ACB one wrote a
5-dword packet. Both now go through Agc::Command::WritePrimeUtcl2 and
the size query returns 20 bytes.
