hugodearaujo 9bd554a64e fix(agc): note where a map-time settle blocks, and expect settles only for dma-buf imports

An import made at map time settles inside the guest's map call, so the mapping thread waits while the kernel maps the pages. A device that imports shared memory through host pointers settles nothing, so the test expects a settle only for a dma-buf import.
