mazen c03168fb47 fix(libc): keep guest stdio on a dup2 of descriptors 1 and 2 ...

Host logging opens its own FILE on the saved descriptor. The guest FILE stays on the replaced descriptor, so guest printf, puts and fprintf still reach the pipe.
