ItsBlurf 00028d2dcf v0.4.1: restore separate launcher; main ELF without AppInst. ...

All-in-one AppInst in bfpilot.elf broke loaders. Revert to proven model:
file manager only in main, Media tile via bfpilot-launcher-installer.elf.
Keep action-bar wrap, single /data/BFpilot, and issue #7-#12 fixes.
