* add displaychange trigger, connected display filter and other minor changes

* Undo unintended designer changes on LgPanel

* Try to fix unintended changes in the samsung panel

* Fix async handling of window message dispatcher event; Change to use native method for display enum as Screen.AllScreen caches and returns wrong results

* Uncomment SignManifests

* Fix mixed tabs/spaces
