ruv ab98653a8c feat(room-viz): two-stage fast-sdxl -> minimax/h3 image-to-video pipeline

Real image-to-video generation via minimax/h3, triggered on scene-state
change and bounded by --max-clips (real spend bound), replacing the prior
1fps stitched-stills approach. Per-style motion prompts describe concrete,
style-appropriate movement. Verified working: cinematic and abstract
capture sessions both produced valid multi-clip room-viz.mp4 output this
session.
