Mathew Beaneandclaude-flow abeca0f0ed fix(sensing-server): send multi-node test frames to an ephemeral port

The multi_node_test UDP smoke tests sent synthetic ADR-018 CSI and
vitals frames to 127.0.0.1:5005, the sensing server's default port.
Because the tests are not ignored, a routine `cargo test` (and
scripts/prove.sh) could inject up to 255 fake node IDs into a locally
running server, and the hardcoded port could collide with other
processes.

Each test now binds its own receiver on 127.0.0.1:0 and sends to the
OS-assigned address, keeping the receiver alive for the test's
duration. The tests still only exercise the sender and frame-builder
path; no server is involved.

Ported from whitsentry, a RuView-based project, which carries the same fix.
