Completes the software BFI pipeline on synthetic data (pcap -> decode -> motion series); only the physical capture remains. - capture: parse LINKTYPE_IEEE802_11_RADIOTAP pcap (no libpcap dep), skip radiotap, extract Action/Action-No-Ack bodies, decode via cbr, and report reports/sec + sequence gaps/dupes + decode failures (report-rate dashboard input). - features: "feedback angles" motion path — bounded per-report summary (circular-mean Phi, mean Psi, mean SNR) and temporal motion_energy (circular Phi difference between consecutive reports) -> motion time series. No V reconstruction, so no range/AoA claimed. 8 new tests (3 capture + 5 features) on SYNTHETIC frames; full crate suite green (55 ok); clippy -D warnings (pedantic+nursery) clean. No motion/tracking accuracy claimed until a real capture with ground truth exists. Co-Authored-By: claude-flow <ruv@ruv.net>
