ruv 39b4ae9ae1 release: @ruvnet/ruview 0.9.1 and ruview umbrella 0.9.1 ...

Bump the harness and the umbrella (which pins it), point README and the
user guide at 0.9.1, sync the stale lockfile header (0.5.1, old bin name)
with package.json, and add a plain-language changelog entry for the
live sensing views in Claude Code (ADR-377, ADR-378).
