Chronos-Bolt (base/small), Chronos-T5-small, and TimesFM-2.5-200M run zero-shot (no fine-tuning) on the same BIDMC cross-entity test windows, baselines, and WQL/MAE metrics as the prior from-scratch RuForecast BIDMC result. Unlike every from-scratch RuForecast configuration tried this session, all four pretrained checkpoints beat both last-value and seasonal-naive baselines on WQL, on both independent patient-partition judges (12-42% margin), consistent with the massive-pretraining-corpus hypothesis from the prior literature pass.
