Subject: [PATCH] client_v2: make the group-by hint go where it points

With no custom spool fields defined, the group-by menu has a single
entry and a note explaining that adding a text or choice field to spools
in Settings gets you more views. It told you where to go and then left
you to find it: three pages away, in a section that has to be scrolled
to and whose entity tab has to be switched.

The note is the link now, straight to the spool tab of the extra-fields
manager -- the same /settings?fields=spool#extra-fields deep link the
inspectors use, so it selects the tab and scrolls to the section.
