ECCC: keep today in daily forecast after its daytime period ends
...
ECCC drops "Today" once it has passed, so in the evening the forecast
starts with "Tonight". The mapper paired day and night periods by
position, so after an evening refresh:
- today disappeared from the daily list and daily[0] became tomorrow
(hourly icons fell back to day icons until midnight, and the
sun/moon blocks and max/min showed tomorrow)
- every day's low came from the previous night
- getMoonTimings added today in front, shifting moon times by a day
Pair day and night periods by date instead, and keep today with only
its night period. A night period left over from yesterday is dropped.
Today's high is the highest of today's observed temperatures (ECCC's
pastHourly), the remaining hourly forecast for today and the current
temperature. A period whose date can't be parsed is skipped, so one
bad entry no longer fails the whole forecast.

daytime periods only, so today disappeared from it and daily[0] became
tomorrow. Tonight's hourly icons then fell back to day icons, and the
sun/moon blocks and max/min showed tomorrow's values.
Group periods by local day and use the daytime period, falling back to
the night period for a day without one (today or later only, so a stale
forecast doesn't bring back yesterday).
