reveler-hub 66f5fb0241 Fix Gismeteo location lookup sending wrong query parameter (#1187) 
GismeteoApi.fetchLocations() sent the longitude as "lon", but
Gismeteo's own API expects "lng" and silently ignores unrecognized
parameters. The server fell back to a longitude near 0deg, so the
nearest-city lookup matched locations along the Greenwich meridian
instead of the real coordinates - e.g. a Volgograd, Russia location
resolving to Normandy, France. Since the resolved city ID gets
cached per-location after the first lookup, this mismatch was
permanent until the location was deleted and re-added.

Verified live: before the fix, querying Gismeteo's endpoint for
Volgograd's coordinates returned French cities; after renaming the
parameter, it correctly returns Volgograd and nearby Volgograd
Oblast settlements. Confirmed in-app on an AVD with mock GPS set to
Volgograd - weather source set to Gismeteo now resolves and fetches
successfully for a real nearby Russian city instead of failing
silently into the wrong country.

nikiosnaandClaude Opus 5.5 56908af4ef Fix SMHI 404 for coordinates with more than 6 decimals 
The SMHI snow1g point endpoint returns HTTP 404 when latitude or
longitude has more than 6 decimal places. GPS locations usually have
more, so the request failed and the app showed "Network not available".

Format the coordinates with 4 decimals (~10 m, plenty for the 2.5 km
grid) using Locale.ROOT so the decimal separator is always a dot.
