WeatherMaster is an open-source application.
We respect your privacy. The application itself does not:
- Collect, store, or share personal information.
- Track your IP address, usage data, or device identifiers.
- Send personal data to us directly.
Third-Party Services & APIs
WeatherMaster relies on external weather and geolocation services to provide forecasts and location-based functionality.
These third-party services may process certain technical information, including:
- IP address
- Approximate or precise location data
- Device or network-related information required for API requests
This data processing is handled by the respective service providers under their own privacy policies. WeatherMaster itself does not control or store this data.
Location Permission
The app may request access to your device's location to display local weather information.
- Granting location permission is optional.
- Your precise location is used locally within the app to fetch weather data from external APIs.
- WeatherMaster does not store your precise location.
Children
This application is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
