reveler-hub 82326f0bed Update README's supported weather sources list

AEMET (this PR), plus Met Office and Gismeteo, which were both added
in earlier commits but never made it into the README's source list.
Also notes which sources need a user-supplied API key and links to
each provider's sign-up page.
