Two small unrelated UI fixes found while testing:

- Search result descriptions passed provider country/state names
  straight through with no capitalization handling. Providers could
  potentially show names without capital letters, or verbatim,
  since they are inconsistent about casing. Now title-cased
  defensively on display via a new String.toTitleCase() extension.
- Block-screen navigation transitions (UV index, air quality, etc.)
  had a small but noticeable delay: the fade used an explicit
  350ms/200ms tween, but the paired slide had no animationSpec, so
  it defaulted to a spring with different timing than the fade.
  Both now use the same explicit tween.

Also bundles the Gradle/AGP/KSP version bump Android Studio applied
on project import (Gradle 9.4.1->9.7.0, AGP 9.2.1->9.3.1, KSP
2.3.4->2.3.6), restoring the wrapper's distributionSha256Sum that
the auto-bump dropped.
