Bernd Schoolmann e038be2a29 Route sync key state through SDK handler
Sync wrote key-management state by hand: account cryptographic state,
V2 upgrade token, master password unlock data and KDF. This skipped the
user key id entirely, accepted a server-driven V2 -> V1 account state
downgrade, and kept stale Argon2 memory/parallelism after a switch to
PBKDF2.

Pass the sync data to the SDK crypto sync handler instead, which writes
through the registered state bridge and owns these rules for all
clients. Parse failures are logged and nothing is written.

Add userKeyId to the sync user decryption model so it reaches the SDK.
