HelixScreen: bump to v0.99.115-creator5.1 (build 2)

Same upstream 0.99.115, rebuilt from creator5 @ 696c0d2: the setup
wizard's Tool Offsets step, the connection step pre-filled with
127.0.0.1:7125, the Dock pill in the tool switcher, and Russian gone
from the language list. Tarball name is unchanged, so the stale sha256
is what re-downloads it.

Klipper fork is already at the tip of origin/creator5; Mainsail v2.18.2
is still the latest release.
