Oleksandr ShyshatskyiandClaude Sonnet 5.5 7e8ea9dbf4 Drop the next-tool preheat from ADAPTIVE_MESH ...

ADAPTIVE_MESH no longer starts heating the file's second tool, and ff_print
no longer reports next_tool and next_nozzle. Orca's own preheat M104 stays
the only thing that heats a tool ahead of its change.
