MonstrofilandClaude Opus 5 99cc086e8d versions.md: the HelixScreen pin, and a Klipper commit (#23) ...

The page says a release is a fixed set of these versions, and two rows did not
hold that up. HelixScreen read v0.99.115-creator5.1 while versions.env has
pinned creator5.5 since it shipped in v20260827d, and Klipper read "a current
fork (branch creator5)" -- a branch is not a pin, and the build uses a commit.

versions.env is right as it stands: HELIX_FILE is the release asset's own name
because the URL is .../releases/download/$HELIX_VERSION/$HELIX_FILE, and the
pinned sha256 matches the creator5.5 asset, which is what CI fetches.
