clean_wipe_z is the raw eddy frame, and _FF_NOZZLE_WIPE reached it by subtracting homing_origin.z -- correct back when that one number held the whole offset. Since the per-tool frame moved into its own move transform it holds only the operator's babystep, so the line left the tool's ~3.2 mm nozzle-to-station gap in and parked the nozzle that far above the wipe spot. Safe direction, silent failure: the ooze string never touches, and the wipe just quietly stops working. Subtract all of them -- homing_origin.z, the mounted tool's gcode_z_offset, and the job term the frame also carries. The job term is zero here, since the clean runs before TOOLCHANGE_SET_PRINT_OFFSET, but that is not a thing for a Z expression to assume.
