The stock packages and the factory image are large, not confidential -- ci.yml already fetches them from ghzserg/FF by public URL with an enforced sha256. release.yml asked for the same three things as repository secrets instead, so a tag on a fresh clone failed the first step with "missing secrets" and published nothing. Same URLs, same checksums, same enforcement as CI now. Tags are v<YYYYMMDD>-<city>: the release date and a Ukrainian city under occupation. Only the date reaches MOD_VER -- the installer compares the version field as a number -- so the codename rides in the tag and the release title. Releases are marked pre-release, and the notes say where to go when the screen is dark and how to get back to stock. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
