Add persistent command history with Ctrl+R search
...
- SQLite-based history storage using pure Go driver (modernc.org/sqlite)
- History stored in tmp directory, keyed by working directory
- Up/Down arrows navigate persistent history across sessions
- Ctrl+R enters search mode with live filtering
- History preloaded with 200 latest prompts per directory
- CGO disabled for cross-platform builds
- GitHub Actions updated to build with CGO_ENABLED=0
