Mohammed Munzir 489f78ba69 CLI: the connect hint names the port it actually tried (#167) ...

run --connect ADDR could not reach the app and always advised lightcraft --control 7980, whatever port ADDR named, so following the hint left the command connecting elsewhere. The hint now takes the port from ADDR itself, with an end-to-end test on a refused connection.
