Moved model group actions from libraries#show to models#index (and bulkedit/update)
Features added:
filter models#index by libary
filter models#index by multiple tags at once
filter models#index collection
filter models#index by search query
All four above filters are logically anded together
Bulk editor modified to operate logically the same way for filter sets
Models added in header
Quick Search box added in header
Limits box added in models view
Tags are greyed out if they would result in 0 models if added to current filters.
Helper added:
params_passthrough() Grabs current filters from params() to be able to pass through or merge for use in buttons/links
