- Add telegram_convert_to_mp3 setting (default: true) to convert FLAC/Opus/M4A to MP3 - Increase timeout to 30 minutes due to slow upload speeds (~6KB/s) - Add file_path tracking to jobs for Telegram notifications - Add send_audio_to_telegram call after download completes - Add telegram_chat_id to DownloadRequest model - Add /api/file endpoint for serving music files - Fix unicode normalization in check_duplicate
