Bot now talks to the app purely over its HTTP API (X-API-Key auth) and keeps per-chat state in its own sqlite. No imports from app code, no ALTER of the app's jobs table, dead /api/check-file path removed (server -side dedupe replaced it), convert_to_flac -> convert_audio. Own slim Dockerfile + compose overlay, so upstream files stay untouched and future merges are conflict-free.
