Hexwell aad2cdaabc refactor: rebrand OrionHEN to OnionHEN 
Rename product, namespaces, libraries, paths, and assets from Orion/orion
to Onion/onion across the tree. TCP stack-shutdown magic is now ONIO
(0x4F4E494F) to match the corrected branding.

Hexwell 032015ac07 feat(bootstrapper): skip kstuff launch when already loaded 
Probe process name and mprotect in a dedicated kstuff_probe module; if
patches are already active, signal ready and avoid a second 9021 inject.
