HexwellandClaude Fable 5 63ad481a0f refactor: remove dead VideoOut globals header ...

Drop source/include/global.h and mempack.h. The two headers include each
other and nothing else in the tree includes either, so the VideoOut, ScePad
and vector-math declarations they carry have been unreachable since the
etaHEN import.
