Hexwell da96d9a58e refactor: remove TestKit support ...

Drop the Toolbox TestKit menu and kit Mono hooks, sceKernelIsTestKit
probes in util/daemon/bootstrapper, and client IsTestKit helpers.
BREW_TESTKIT_CHECK remains an unused IPC ordinal for compatibility.
