Hexwell eb353bb16d refactor(shellui): split prx and HookFunctions god TUs ...

Extract overlay widgets, navigator, manifest stream, launch/terminate,
background threads, and prx install/overlay helpers into focused files.
prx.cpp keeps inject bootstrap main; HookFunctions keeps shared hook
state and glue.
