757f3cac99 fix(ci): stop OpenSearch disk-watermark flakes on test runners (#15628) to release v4.7 (#16327)
## Description

Cherry-pick of #15628 to release v4.7.

Upstream commit: 232c99fa2b

The CLI integration suite (`tests/cli`) fails at setup on this branch
every time with `index_create_block_exception ... cluster create-index
blocked`. The runner disk is 90-95% full, so OpenSearch hits its disk
watermark and blocks index creation.

This change:
- Adds `volume=100gb` to the integration, onyx-lite, multitenant and
connector test runners.
- Sets `cluster.routing.allocation.disk.threshold_enabled=false` for
OpenSearch in the dev docker compose files. A single-node cluster has
nowhere to move shards, so the disk monitor only adds failures.

**Resolution:** the upstream commit also edits
`.agents/feature-map/components/document-index.md`. The feature map does
not exist on this branch, so that file is dropped. Everything else
applies unchanged.

## How Has This Been Tested?

- CI on the original PR #15628 on main.
- CI on this PR. The `tests/cli` integration job should now pass setup.

## Additional Options

- [ ] [Optional] Please cherry-pick this PR to the latest release
version.
- [x] [Optional] Override Linear Check

## Summary by cubic
Cherry-picks #15628 to release/v4.7 so CLI and connector integration
tests stop failing at setup with `index_create_block_exception` when
test runner disks are near full.

- Adds `volume=100gb` to the integration, onyx-lite, multitenant, and
connector test runners.
- Disables OpenSearch's disk watermark check in both dev docker compose
files; a single-node cluster can't relocate shards, so the monitor only
adds failures.
- Drops the feature-map doc edit from the upstream commit because
`.agents/feature-map` doesn't exist on this branch.

# Docker Compose Override for Development/Testing
# This file exposes service ports for development and testing purposes.
#
# It also shortens the time `up --wait` needs to notice a service is healthy.
# The base healthchecks poll on a 10-30s interval, so the first probe lands long
# after the service is actually ready. `start_interval` polls every 1-5s until
# the first success, then docker reverts to the base `interval`. This keeps the
# base compose files compatible with older docker; `start_interval` needs
# Compose 2.20.2+ and Docker Engine 25.0+, and older versions fail hard rather
# than ignore it.
#
# Usage:
# docker compose -f docker-compose.yml -f docker-compose.dev.yml up -d --wait
#
# Or set COMPOSE_FILE environment variable:
# export COMPOSE_FILE=docker-compose.yml:docker-compose.dev.yml
# docker compose up -d --wait
#
# Or let onyx-cli manage the deployment with this overlay stacked on:
# onyx-cli deploy install --dev

# Building through this overlay produces the dev image variant (runtime + debugging
# tools such as vim/psql/curl), matching the published -dev tag suffix. CI is
