Jack Chen cc3c9c7015 docs: add reference pages, split long guides, and fix verified drift (#584)
Systematic documentation review: 12 new docs pages (coordinator, streaming, budgets and limits, errors, hooks and callbacks, glossary, production checklist, Run Viewer, MCP, sandbox and shell, evaluation in CI, routing evaluation) plus a docs index; the three longest guides split with stub sections that keep existing anchors; observability release records moved to docs/internal; statements re-verified against the code and corrected; READMEs, AGENTS.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, and issue templates synced. Documentation only, no behavior change.

Internal engineering records

This directory holds engineering records kept for auditability: release-readiness reviews, benchmark snapshots, and similar evidence gathered at a specific point in time on specific hardware.

These are not user documentation. They describe one measurement or one review, against the commit and machine named inside them, and they are not maintained as the code moves on. Read them as history, not as current behavior or as a performance promise.

For current behavior, use the user documentation in ../, starting with observability.md.
