* feat(minimax): upgrade default model to MiniMax-M3

- Switch the default minimax model hint in CLI from M2.7 to M3
- Update docs/providers.md, docs/providers/minimax.md, examples/providers/minimax.ts
  and README mentions to recommend M3 as the default
- Note that M2.7 and MiniMax-M2.7-highspeed remain selectable for callers
  that pin a model explicitly
- M3 specs: 512K context window, up to 128K output tokens, image input support

* docs(minimax): correct M3 context to 1M, drop unverified output-token figure
