Jack Chen 2c6d6009a6 docs: remove MiniMax provider community offer and setup guide (#356) ...

Reverts the sponsor content added in #219:
- Drop the 'Provider community offers' section and MiniMax offer bullet
  from README.md, README_zh.md, and the packages/core mirrors
- Delete docs/providers/minimax.md (offer-specific setup guide)
- Delete .github/brand/minimax-banner.png (used only by that guide)

MiniMax stays supported as a neutral provider: the provider table in
docs/providers.md, the MINIMAX_BASE_URL note in docs/cli.md, the
examples/providers/minimax.ts sample, and contributor credits are all kept.
