deepseek-v4-pro now serves the GA snapshot DeepSeek-V4-Pro-0813 (2026-08-13);
deepseek-v4-flash resolves to DeepSeek-V4-Flash-0731. Model names are
unchanged, so the adapter needs no code changes. Update stale "Preview API" /
"public beta" wording in the adapter docs, provider table, CLI notes, and the
provider example, and document that V4 enables thinking by default at high
effort.
