Immediately after reproducing the problem, before restarting Orbit:

1. Open Orbit’s browser version.
2. In Store, go to App settings → Diagnostics → View diagnostics. In Crossbar, Cinema or Panorama, use Settings → Diagnostics → View diagnostics.
3. Select Copy diagnostic report and paste it below.

Recent diagnostic events reset when Orbit restarts. If Orbit cannot open, say so and provide the error or notification you can see.
