najdek 125d628dd0 chore: remove translations submodule and add TRANSLATIONS.md 
- Remove frontend/src/locales git submodule and track translation files directly
- Credit JensJ56 for Dutch translation
- Move supported languages and past translator credits to TRANSLATIONS.md
- Document that translations since v0.6.0 are generated via Google Gemini AI
- Add issue reporting link for translation feedback

PS5 Payload Manager Translations

PS5 Payload Manager supports multiple languages to provide an accessible and intuitive experience for users worldwide.

Starting with version 0.6.0, new strings and translations are generated and maintained using Google Gemini AI.

Reporting Translation Issues

If you find any inaccurate, unnatural, or missing translations, we welcome your feedback!

Please open a new Issue and describe:

  1. The language and the screen/button where the text appears.
  2. The current translation.
  3. Your proposed correction and the reasoning.
