phantomptrandClaude Opus 5.5 7fd748cb03 RAR: resuming past a file split across volumes no longer fails as reordered (#429 )

A resume skips the entries already uploaded. Skipping a file that
continues in the next volume left its continuation to be read as one
more entry, so the walk fell out of step with the listing and the upload
failed with "the archive lists its entries in a different order than it
extracts them". A continuation header is now skipped with the file it
belongs to. Reproduced with a two-volume RAR5 set in the tests.
