The logo was only applied when the Android project was first created, so an existing one kept Tauri's placeholder, and the round icon was a small tile inside a circle. scripts/release/android-icons.py draws the set from the icon source (adaptive logo in the safe zone over white; full-bleed white tile and disc for older launchers), and the post-init patch copies it on every build, local and CI.
