Supply a real retained resource owner to every Android verifier prerequisite
check, sharing the existing Ghidra verifier cleanup scope. Match recovery
checks to typed Java or archive failures and applicable remediation, preserving
exact close retry authority and primary failures.

Translate actual OutOfMemoryError at the bridge boundary before upstream stringifies it. Preserve observed heap bytes, missing reasons, coroutine context and cancellation; retain SessionHolder ownership and load options. Restrict heap-specific remediation to known heap reasons and parse named bridge failure contracts once.
Coordinate bridge protocol v4, clarify doctor configuration versus target capacity, and preserve the memory primary across cleanup failure/retry. Verify controlled immediate/late/inline continuation outcomes with the pinned JAR and real JDK, focused tests, and tiny real CLI/MCP method workflows.
Actual heap exhaustion, the reported APK, pre-handshake failures, Linux and Windows remain unverified; no stress or profiling run.
Fixes#3517
Resolve smali using frozen raw method names and full DEX descriptors. Select
one complete block before truncation for missing Java, static initializers
and decompiler marker fallbacks. Reject ambiguous or incomplete blocks and
preserve upstream disassembly failure notes.
Bind method replies to the selected descriptor with bridge protocol 3.
Remove consumer placeholder/error-prefix interpretations and the superseded
blanket overload fallback rejection. Producer failures now use the shared
failed-tool path before truncation. Migrate protocol fixtures and consumers.
Adapt the direct selector guard from PR #3450; recover original bytecode
instead of inferring a holder from generated comments.
Validation: 122 focused tests in 9 files; real pinned-JAR baseline regression
fails and candidate passes, including overloads, aliases after generation,
branches/handlers, 16-byte output and negative selection controls. Nine real
CLI and nine MCP fixture calls pass with parity/identity/digest/no-mutation
checks. Static/docs checks and two source reviews pass. Six completed real
MCP cost workflows recorded; same calls with improved source, no speedup
claim. Tiny authored APKs, macOS/JDK 21 only; reported editor APK and native
Linux/Windows unverified. Heavy profiling and stress remain stopped.

Freeze body-absence access flags with stable parsed method identity, before
code generation can rewrite method metadata. Skip source slicing for these
methods and return unavailable empty source with explicit native/abstract
markers, rather than attributing neighbouring members to the selected method.
Adapt the access-flag guard and tiny Smali fixtures from PR #3527. Extend real
metadata and public CLI/MCP regressions for native, static native, abstract,
concrete overloads and re-reading frozen facts after neighbouring generation.
Rename the expanded method-body verifier and remove its old entry point.
Validation: 72 focused tests in 3 files; real pinned-JAR baseline control
fails and candidate passes without triggering code generation; 6 real CLI
and 6 MCP fixture calls with parity, identity and unchanged APK; docs/static
checks and two source reviews. Six measured real MCP workflows, no speedup
claim. Tiny authored APK only; reported BinaryEye, Linux/Windows and browser
workflows unverified. Heavy profiling/stress remain stopped.

Filter class names at the native owner before serialization, and resume matching pages through contiguous inventory positions without a second index or query-result cache. Preserve selected source Evidence, query identity, complete top-level coverage and shared CLI/MCP behavior.

Group repeated session tool availability and provider capability facts, preserve complete named contracts and ordered limitations, and remove duplicate catalog descriptors. Update consumers and migration guidance.
Validated by all 31 CI jobs, focused source checks, and actual Claude Code/Linux Hopper/native Windows Ghidra small-target workflows on the current integration tree.
Refs #723.
BREAKING CHANGE: binary_session no longer includes server_identity.catalog.tools; tool_availability and provider capabilities use grouped facts documented in docs/mcp-contracts.md.

Return the exact static initializer disassembly before Java projection can
lose field assignments. Retain byte limits and representation markers, and
verify fully folded and mixed initialization through the real CLI/MCP lane.

* fix(mcp): deliver tool errors within advertised schema contracts
Retain complete typed JSON error content while omitting non-conforming
structured errors at the public transport boundary. Recover oversized
diagnostics into Evidence before removing their private structured carrier.
Update schema-validated client readers and cover actual stdio delivery.

* test(mcp): read typed errors in canonical Evidence regressions
* test(mcp): validate public error diagnostics in acceptance workflows
Support owned JADX stdio on Windows x64, preserve protocol input errors through cancellation, and verify native stdin and Android CLI/MCP lifecycle on the real Windows host.
Closes#1262
Deliver complete Evidence directly through MCP with required nullable analysis profiles and immutable per-server delivery settings. Bind selected environments at construction and require typed cleanup outcomes with retained retry ownership.
Remove test-only routing, duplicate session and snapshot metadata, producer-field repairs, and ambiguous provider arguments. Separate artifact byte identity from occurrence classification and retain typed source-map and partial native facts across CLI, MCP, and verifier consumers.
BREAKING CHANGE: obsolete Evidence envelopes, session aliases, incomplete snapshots, and missing normalized producer facts are no longer accepted.
* perf(graph): avoid repeated traversal edge scans and copies
* fix(android)!: preserve JVM settings and reuse metadata sessions
Read class metadata without generating application source, retain immutable serialized APK sessions, and join owned cleanup on cancellation and shutdown.
BREAKING CHANGE: Android analysis now requires a full JDK 17 or newer with its compiler module for the packaged Java source bridge.
