Every `doctor`, `mcp doctor` and MCP server that reports or compares its
catalog identity rebuilt all advertised JSON Schemas and canonicalized
them to compute the default digests, about 200 ms of CPU per process.
The default (full input and output schema) catalog is a deterministic
function of the compiled contracts and pinned schema converter, so
compilation now records it once into dist and the runtime reuses it.
Compact and output-schema-off identities, and source runs, still compute
their digests on first use.

Track GitHub package scopes and Knip workflow/action entrypoints in static-check cache keys. Preserve the upstream action-code ownership fix and restrict TypeScript to its actual typed inventory.
Real cold/warm regression tests retain cache reuse for unrelated inputs while rejecting changed source, declarations, package scopes, manifests and reachable module dependencies. Existing lint inventory and report transport coverage remain unchanged.

Invalidate typecheck, lint, built lint and Knip when action implementations or declarations change. This closes the real checker inventory gap detected by staticCheckReports on main.
Include imported declarations, nested Node package scopes and authored documentation helpers in compiler task ownership. Schedule static checks for documentation package scopes. Three real cold/warm compiler invalidation cases passed under bounded Flameox captures; the complete matrix remains CI verification.

* fix(ci): bound static cache and hash vitest config for knip
- Bound the rolling .turbo/cache snapshot with 7d/500MB eviction so each
trusted main save cannot accumulate history toward the GitHub limit.
- Hash vitest.config.ts in knip inputs so removing the CiTestSequencer
import invalidates the cached passing check.
- Cover both in cache-policy and task-hash regressions.

Keep static feedback concise while retaining complete diagnostic reports,
visible lint errors, module-boundary checks, and the 3% duplication gate.
Upload complete reports after static failures and restore their outputs
from Turbo caches. Preserve unambiguous, checkout-relative clone locations.
Bind both lint caches to the website, documentation configuration and
experiment sources actually scanned by oxlint, including ignore policy.
Guard this ownership by comparing live checker discovery with resolved
Turbo inputs. A real website syntax error now invalidates a cached pass.
Validation: full current-head CI and the separate Go lane passed. Seven
real-checker regressions passed; failure-status and stale-report mutations
were rejected, and restored source passed. Actual Turbo restored both
reports byte-for-byte; full static/docs/workflow checks passed.
Closes#2238.

Run the existing README consistency and Python producer guards from their
CI owners. Execute full local validation fresh while preserving cached
preparation, and permit scoped reuse of earlier portable build entries.
Collect failed-shard diagnostics before enforcing success and publish
compact, portable timing history only after a complete successful merge.
Preserve installer truncation failure across supported Bash versions.
Keep cancellation tests focused on the called MCP tool, observe server
progress before timing target readiness, and retain delayed-startup,
cancellation, cleanup, and live follow-up request assertions.
Validation: all 32 CI jobs and the separate Go lane passed; 935 files,
9,630 cases, 9,544 passed, 86 skipped, zero failed. Controlled regressions
and fault/restoration probes are recorded in PR #2210.

Bundle ordinary CLI and output entries to reduce Windows module filesystem resolution while preserving source URLs, lazy loading and worker resources. Keep release identity in its shared owning module.

src/generatedMcpToolCatalog.ts had zero runtime importers and churned on every contract edit, guaranteeing merge conflicts on long-lived branches. It is now gitignored and regenerated by build:unlocked; typecheck and knip depend on build via turbo. Tests consume the build output unchanged. Adds a regen-generated CI workflow that pushes tracked generated metadata (product catalog, skill frontmatter, verification manifest/ledger, package metadata, error schema) to same-repo PR branches.
* refactor(domain): consolidate canonical ordering and digest helpers (#624)
* refactor(domain): consolidate canonical ordering and digest helpers
Single owner for code-point ordering (domain/canonicalOrdering.ts)
and canonical JSON digests (domain/comparisonSemantics.ts). Delete
all local compareCodePoints/compareText/digestCanonical duplicates
and migrate every importer. No re-export shims.
* fix(ci): allow slower real browser startup
* chore(config): remove dead eslint, dedupe scripts, cacheable turbo tasks
Delete eslint.config.js (oxlint is the linter), drop lint:dead alias,
pin smol-toml, fold jscpd/scan:todos into check:pr, make test:run
cacheable, align oxlint ignores.
* fix(config): hash all test inputs for cached runs
