- Add sigma.view (layout/sort) behind view permission (@sigma-file-manager/api 1.11.0)
- Derive HTTP host allowlists from installed manifests server-side; cap request body size
- Reset modal scroll/focus only on setContent, not updateElement

* Removed docs from README
* UX (extensions): support manifest-only theme extensions
Allow theme-only API extensions to omit a runtime entry file so packages that only contribute static color themes do not need empty activation modules.

- Extensions: address permission gaps, race conditions, context menu filtering, and UI overflow
