copilot-swe-agent[bot]and19JVJeffery 1d3ba6937c fix: use mediaMetadata.tags to detect HI_RES_LOSSLESS quality 
Tidal's audioQuality field returns LOSSLESS even for Hi-Res content.
The correct indicator is mediaMetadata.tags containing HIRES_LOSSLESS.
Add effectiveQuality() helper and use it everywhere quality badges are
rendered: search grid, album/playlist detail headers and tracklists,
library tracks/albums, and artist detail album cards.

- Add injectM4aCover() to insert/replace covr atom in M4A (MPEG-4) files
- Add embedCoverArt() dispatcher
- fetchTrackData() now returns coverHash from track.album.cover
- downloadTrack/Album/Playlist/Mix embed cover art when getMetadataCover() is true
- Album downloads fetch cover once; playlist/mix downloads use a per-hash cache
